Opening order is $150 for new accounts & $100 for reorders. Please allow up to 3 weeks delivery (or sooner) for initial orders and 1 to 2 weeks for reorders. We suggest you take into consideration seasonal busy times when placing orders. Wholesale prices will appear in your shopping cart.
